# About Elhaidi Oussama

Elhaidi Oussama is a product designer in Casablanca with 5 years of experience. At Nuitee, he researches how hotel partners use the products and designs booking flows, interfaces and shared components. After his redesign of White Label’s mobile hotel booking flow, conversion increased from 1.1% to 4.09%. He also builds his own products, including Viral Folder, UX Auditor and six iOS apps.

## Background

Oussama studied at the École nationale supérieure d'art et de design de Casablanca (2019–2021), then worked as a UX/UI Designer at One Click Agency and as a Product Designer at Digital Partnership Group, where he ran the design process end to end on more than eight SaaS products, and at Sekera Group, where he audited the UX and accessibility of the Secdojo products. ## How he works

- **Start from the problem, not the screen.** Audits, research and flows first, then the interface.
- **Prototype early, with real interactions.** Figma designs become working prototypes so ideas are validated before engineering commits to them.
- **Build systems, not one-offs.** Shared components and UI patterns, so the second and tenth screen cost less than the first.
- **Measure the outcome.** A redesign is finished when the numbers move — at Nuitee, mobile booking conversion went from 1.1% to 4.09%.
