I had the chance to be Product Manager on Oussama’s team at Nuitée. Oussama is a strong professional who knows how to think out-of-the-box. His combination of technical skills, active listening, and structured communication makes him an interesting asset for any Product/Engineering team.

As a human being, what I appreciated most about him was his humble way of being, and how he could navigate technical disagreements with a constructive approach and solutions for any given topic, constantly prioritizing objective solutions for both business and technical constraints.

Oussama is a Product Designer with a wide vision of product, team collaboration, and business. He also thrives when it comes to benchmarking and understanding competitors’ markets.

It was a great experience to share a team with him, and I would definitely love to collaborate with Oussama again. Thanks, Oussama.

I highly recommend Oussama. As a product designer, he possesses an great ability to manage a broad spectrum of responsibilities while maintaining a standard of high-quality execution. Our collaborations on several projects consistently yielded high quality sollutions. Beyond his skill and dedication, he’s also a super nice person and incredibly easy to work with.
