This is the personal portfolio site of Elhaidi Oussama. It is not a product, it has no accounts, and it sells nothing. This page describes the small amount of data the site handles.

## Who is responsible

Elhaidi Oussama, Casablanca, Morocco. Contact: hello.elhaidi@gmail.com or https://oelhaidi.com/contact.

## What the site collects

**Analytics.** The site uses Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and PostHog to count page views and measure loading performance. These record the page visited, a coarse referrer, approximate country, and browser and device type. They are used in aggregate to understand which work people look at and to catch performance regressions.

**Session replay.** PostHog records page interactions, such as navigation, clicks and scrolling, to help improve the portfolio. Form input values and content marked as sensitive are masked. Console logs, canvas contents and cross-origin iframe contents are not recorded.

**Contact form.** When you submit the form at https://oelhaidi.com/contact, the name, email address and message you type are sent by email so a reply can be written. They are used for that reply and nothing else: no newsletter, no marketing list, no resale.

**Theme preference.** Your light/dark preference is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

## What the site does not do

- No advertising, no ad networks, no cross-site tracking pixels.
- No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
- No account system, so no passwords or payment details are ever handled.

## Processors

- **Vercel**: hosting, analytics and performance measurement.
- **PostHog**: product analytics and session replay.
- **Resend**: delivery of contact-form messages.

Each processes data on this site's behalf under its own terms.

## Retention

Analytics data is retained according to the providers' standard retention windows. Contact-form emails are kept as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted on request.

## Your choices

Ask for a copy of what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello.elhaidi@gmail.com. Blocking analytics scripts in your browser, or using a tracking blocker, does not affect how the site works.

## Cookies

The site sets no advertising or cross-site cookies. Analytics providers may set a first-party identifier to avoid double-counting the same visit.

## Changes

Material changes to this page will be reflected in the date above.
