Overview

liteAPI is Nuitee's travel API. With a handful of endpoints, developers can search, book and manage stays at more than 2 million properties worldwide, and build their own hotel booking products, from super apps to fintech and loyalty programs.

Its audience is developers and product teams, so the design had two jobs: sell the idea of launching a travel product in minutes, and take a developer from a first visit to a first API call. I designed the landing page that makes the pitch and the documentation home page where the build starts.

The landing page

A light, purple landing page that leads with speed and earnings, then backs it up with what developers and product teams care about.

The liteAPI landing page, shown as an interactive prototype.
  • The opening message. "The fastest way to build travel apps", backed by the numbers that matter (launch in minutes, earn on over 2 million properties) and two clear paths: get started for free or request a demo.
  • Proof early. Logos of companies already building with it, straight after the hero.
  • Advantages you can see. Built for developers (a liteapi.travel code chip), time to market (a clock) and powerful analytics (a sales chart): each card shows the benefit instead of describing it.
  • Use cases by business. Super apps, neo banks and fintech products, loyalty programs and credit cards, so each visitor can find their own case.

The developer docs home

Where developers land when they are ready to build: a dark, focused page that turns the API into a short list of building blocks.

The liteAPI developer documentation home page.
  • Docs-first navigation. Version switcher, Home, Guides and API Reference, with search one shortcut away (Ctrl + K) and the dashboard login always in reach.
  • Two next steps. Create an account or explore the guides, right under the headline.
  • Modular blocks. The booking flow broken into five numbered steps (Search, Pre-Booking, Book, Booking Management and Static Content) each with a one-line purpose and a Learn more link.
  • Help when stuck. A Getting help section that points to the Postman collection, the FAQ and the Discord community.

The result

The landing page explains the API and shows what developers can build with it. The documentation homepage links to the endpoints needed to start a booking integration.
