Overview

White Label is Nuitee's turnkey product for travel businesses (travel startups, agencies and companies offering travel perks to their staff) that want to sell hotels under their own brand. A partner signs up, picks a theme, brings their logo, colours and domain, and gets a working booking website with access to more than 2 million hotels, at no cost to them.

I designed the product across its versions: the marketing site that explains the offer and turns visitors into partners, the partner dashboard where they set up and run their business, and the booking site their travellers use. This page starts with the current version, from early 2025, and ends with the first one, from May 2024.

Current version · February 2025

The new landing page: first direction

This version introduces the booking site with a large hero image, followed by its main features.

The new landing page, first direction (3 February 2025).
  • A cinematic hero. "Rise as the go-to name in travel" over full-bleed imagery, with two clear paths: start a free trial or discover the features.
  • Proof up front. Logos of travel brands right under the hero.
  • The product, block by block. "Build your unique storefront" (website builder, booking engine, payments), then "Expand your reach & make smarter decisions" (2 million hotels, marketing tools, insights, social media integrations).
  • For every kind of builder. A three-step start (sign up, customise, launch), a developer section with the API, widgets and payments, then testimonials and resources: guides, blog and webinars.

The new landing page: second direction

The second direction uses illustrations and a lighter background, with screenshots of the booking site and dashboard.

The new landing page, second direction (6 February 2025).
  • Lower the barrier. "Start your travel business without the complexity", with a single action: start a free trial.
  • Show the storefront. A browser mock-up of the booking site and the three steps to get there: create an account, add a custom domain, customise the website.
  • Everything you need to sell travel. The built-in tools shown as live product snippets: insights and analytics, features configuration (guest price markup, required login, business-travel options), vouchers, email campaigns and checkout upselling.

Current version · January 2025

The new partner dashboard

A rebuilt dashboard that goes beyond bookings to help partners grow, in a dark and a light theme.

The current partner dashboard (January 2025).
  • Clearer navigation. Grouped into General (dashboard, bookings, users, earnings), Marketing & analytics (insights, abandoned checkouts, email campaigns) and Configuration (appearance, settings), with a light/dark switch.
  • Numbers first. Each page opens on its key figures (bookings, customers, cancellations, confirmations) above a sales chart or a full table.
  • Recovering lost sales. Abandoned checkouts shows emails sent, clicks, conversions and the conversion rate, with the recovery status of each checkout.
  • Appearance with live preview. Hero copy, brand colour, font, corner radius, logo, favicon and hero image, previewed on the real site while you edit.

The booking site travellers use

The storefront each partner gets: everything a traveller needs to find, compare and book a hotel.

Searching, comparing and tracking prices on the booking site.
  • Search and compare. Results with a map, filters for price, stars, property type, facilities, brands and meal plans, and clear cards with rating, free cancellation and total price.
  • A hotel page that answers questions. Photo gallery, popular facilities, review highlights summarised by AI from recent reviews, scores by category, and rooms with their conditions and savings.
  • Price tracking. Travellers can follow a hotel and get an email when its price drops, with the old and new price side by side and a link straight back to the deal.

One storefront, any brand

The same booking site re-skinned in a click: the partner's brand colour runs through the hero, buttons and accents.

The booking site's homepage in different brand colours.
  • Brand colour as a system. The chosen brand colour carries through to the hero, search button and highlights.
  • Useful from the first visit. Recommended hotels, recent searches and nearby hotels, so returning travellers pick up where they left off.

First version · May 2024

The first marketing site

One long page that had to explain a fairly abstract offer to very different audiences, and get them to start in one click.

Scrolling through the first White Label marketing site.
  • Show the product first. The hero pairs the promise (2 million hotels, no cost) with a live-looking preview of the dashboard, so the offer reads as a real tool rather than a pitch.
  • Answer "why" in three cards. Tailored solution, scalability and no cost, each with a small illustration instead of a paragraph.
  • Speak to each audience. Use cases for growing a travel business, employee perks, getting started in the travel industry and corporate travel, then key benefits split between service providers and monetizers.
  • One clear next step. The page closes on a single call to action to unlock a new revenue stream and book a demo.

First version · May 2024

The first partner dashboard

Everything a partner needed after sign-up, from a first look at their numbers to publishing a fully branded site.

A walkthrough of the first partner dashboard: overview, bookings, themes, appearance and settings.
  • Dashboard. Total, cancelled and confirmed bookings, revenue, and a sales chart, with the latest bookings underneath.
  • Bookings. A full table with search, filters, column picking, export and pagination.
  • Themes. Four ready-made booking-site templates that partners can preview full screen before choosing one.
  • Appearance. Hero copy, brand colour, font, corner radius, light or dark theme, logo, favicon and hero image, with a live preview and an unsaved-changes bar to reset or save.
  • Settings. Company name, a Nuitee subdomain or a custom domain, contact email, and switches such as requiring login or showing mapped hotels only.

The result

After the mobile hotel booking redesign, conversion increased from 1.1% to 4.09%. A partner can go from sign-up to a branded, working hotel booking site without writing code or negotiating hotel contracts. Between the first version and the current one, the product grew from setting up a site to running a business: recovering abandoned checkouts, running email campaigns and bringing travellers back with price alerts.
